Are We Having Fun Yet?

It’s a valid question. Are we having fun yet? The line between having fun and being done often gets blurred when you’re having a family adventure. Parents are as likely as kids to ask it in the middle of a rainstorm washing out your campsite, or when temperatures drop to -15 at the ski slope, or when a sprig of poison ivy gets stuck up your pant leg.

And while these moments often become the cornerstones of your best family adventure stories months or years later, it’s sometimes hard to see the forest when you’re smack dab in the trees.

To help you answer the question “Are we having fun yet?” correctly every time on your next family adventure, here’s a handy guide.
